BBQ Barbarian

Barbecue guru Steve Raichlen is as about as bright as they come. I really enjoyed our conversation. He is wiity, sharp, personable, and all the things you would expect a celebrity chef to be. But what impressed me the most about him was his BBQ University. This guy came up with the idea to make a ton of money teaching rich people how to cook like poor people.
